Utilising my knowledge of photography and my abilities to fly a drone, I am able to manipulate images to highlight areas of concern, edit photos to show the darker parts of images and fly confidently and accurately. Giving you hassle free, easy access information.
Unlike other drone surveys mine are reasonably priced, quick and efficient. I am knowledgeable about photography so use manual shooting modes, getting the most out of the camera whilst my filming for weddings, events and landscape have given me an unrivaled ability to control my drone in tight spaces smoothly and effectively. Giving you clear, well filmed footage.
Prices
£100 for a standard 1-3 bed (Photo & Video)
£150 for a 4-5 bed. (Phot & Video)
£200 for any house above. (Photo & Video)
Blocks of flats or commercial buildings are quoted individually.
Simple T&C's
Payment must be made in full before the survey.
If the weather does not allow the survey to be conducted, a replacement time will be arranged. (Other providers will charge in full). Weather conditions and flying ability are decided by Matthew Blythe Photography.
If the client cancels within 7 days a refund will not be issued, but a 50% reduction in cost will be offered on another survey booking.
Payment is non refundable if no concerns are raised, I am not a structural surveyor, I can provide high quality footage and photographs but the expectation is that you will pass these on to an expert. I will highlight any obvious areas for concern.
All media is uploaded to a professional site where you can download or view online all of the footage and photos. They are password protected and if you choose to can have a download PIN.
